N.J. Rev. Stat. § 30:4D-8.14. Report to Governor and Legislature: Medical Assistance and Health Services Act – New Jersey

States that upon completion of the demonstration project, the Commissioners of Human Services and Health shall report to the Governor and Legislature on the demonstration project and include in the report the findings of the evaluation carried out. If the commissioners find the demonstration project was successful, the commissioners may recommend that Medicaid ACOs be established on a permanent basis. Note: This statute is effective Oct. 17, 2011 and Expires three years after adoption of regulations.
