States that under the demonstration project, payments shall continue to be made to providers of services and suppliers participating in the Medicaid ACO for services provided on a fee-for-service basis in the same manner as they would otherwise be made, except that the ACO is eligible to receive gainsharing payments. Note: This statute is effective Oct. 17, 2011 and Expires three years after adoption of regulations.
