Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, no group health insurance policy issued by an insurer pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 27 of Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes, shall contain any provision which denies benefits for a preexisting condition to any person becoming a member of that group.
