States that the Department of Health shall include specified quality measures in the annual New Jersey Hospital Performance Report. States that the Commissioner of Health, in consultation with the Quality Improvement Advisory Committee in the Department of Health, shall include additional patient safety indicators in the report. States that thecommissioner shall request the Quality Improvement Advisory Committee to study and make recommendations on how to expand public reporting of patient pressure ulcers, patient infections due to hospital care, and falls by patients.
