The commissioner shall issue regulations to establish specific standards for policy provisions of medicare supplement policies, which shall be in addition to and in accordance with applicable laws of this State. Statute lists some policy provisions that the commissioner may regulate. See definition section N.J. Rev. Stat. § 17B:26A-1.
