The governing body of a health care charitable trust, or any other persons having authority to direct the affairs of a health care charitable trust, shall not approve the acquisition thereof unless the governing body has acted in good faith and in a manner consistent with its fiduciary duties to the health care charitable trust, and unless certain minimum standards are met.
