Provides NAIC filing requirements for insurers in the state. Each domestic, foreign, and alien insurer that is authorized to transact insurance in this State shall file with the NAIC a copy of its financial statements required by G.S. 58-2-165, applicable rules, and legal directives and bulletins issued by the Department.
