States that the North Carolina Office of Rural Health in conjunction with the North Carolina Foundation for Advanced Health Programs through the Center of Excellence in Integrated Care and other organizations shall work to expand the collocation in primary care practices serving the adult population of licensed health professionals trained in providing mental health and substance abuse services.
