States that “the provisions of G.S. 58-50-61 and G.S. 58-50-62 apply to a PSO licensed under this Article as if the PSO was an “insurer” under those sections, except that the Division rather than the Commissioner of Insurance shall regulate a PSO’s compliance with those sections.”
