A health care corporation shall not require a member or his or her dependent or an applicant for coverage or his or her dependent to do either of the following: (i) Undergo genetic testing before issuing, renewing, or continuing a health care corporation certificate; or (ii) Disclose whether genetic testing has been conducted or the results of genetic testing or genetic information.
