This bill is a recommendation from the Advisory Panel to Better Understand and Make Recommendations Regarding the Implications of Genome-editing Technology for the Citizens of the State established by Resolve 2021, chapter 177. This bill adds a duty to the Office of Affordable Health Care to analyze the potential costs and savings of new and emerging technologies in health care treatment.
