An Act to Enact the Health Insurance Consumer Assistance Program. This bill includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $200,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 and 2020-21 to the Office of the Attorney General to contract for a Health Insurance Consumer Assistance Program. The allocations are funded by transfers to the Attorney General of $200,000 from available balances within the Bureau of Insurance, Other Special Revenue Funds accounts in fiscal year 2019-20 and 2020-21 only.
