The General Assembly of the Commonwealth finds that access to high-quality health care services is a concern of all persons; that access to such services is limited for some residents of the Commonwealth. It is the purpose of KRS 216.940 to 216.945 to encourage and facilitate the charitable provision of health care services within the Commonwealth.
