Concurrent with submitting an application for a waiver or waiver amendment or a request for a plan amendments, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall provide to the Interim Joint Committee on Health and Welfare and to the Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and REvenu a copy, summary, and statement of benefits of the application for a waiver or waiver amendment or request for a plan amendment.
