Statute requires, in order to provide for full and fair disclosure in the sale of accident and sickness insurance policies or subscriber contracts of a non-profit hospital or medical corporation, that no such policy or contract shall be delivered or issued for delivery unless the outline of coverage accompanies the policy or is delivered to the applicant at the time application is made. See definition section Kan. Stat. Ann. § 40-2217.
