Statutes create mobile integrated healthcare which means community based health care in which paramedics and emergency medical technicians employed by an emergency medical services provider agency function outside of customary emergency response and transport to facilitate more appropriate use of emergency care services and to enhance access to primary care for medically underserved populations or underutilized and appropriate health care services.
