Statute requires that before a person acquires control of an HMO they comply with the requirements of Ind. Code § 27-1-23-2 and the acquisition must be approved by the commissioner under the procedure set forth in Ind. Code § 27-1-23-2. See definition section Ind. Code §§ 27-13-1-1 through 27-13-1-34.
