Insurance; model regulation conformity changes made, and federally conforming changes made to supplemental Medicare coverage. This bill makes changes to conform state statute with National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Model Regulations and with a federal law change regarding supplemental Medicare coverage.
