AN ACT relating to health care to provide for an all-payer claims database and making an appropriation therefor: Create a new section of Subtitle 17A of KRS Chapter 304 to require the commissioner of the Department of Insurance to establish an advisory committee to make recommendations regarding the creation of a Kentucky all-payer claims database; establish the Kentucky all-payer claims database fund; APPROPRIATION.
