AN ACT PROHIBITING BALANCE BILLING AND PROVIDING ADDITIONAL PROTECTION TO HEALTH CARE CONSUMERS. To: (1) Prohibit certain out-of-network health care providers from engaging in balance billing; and (2) provide additional consumer protections to health care consumers.
