No health administrator may require cost-sharing in an amount greater than the lesser of the following: the amount an individual would pay for a drug without coverage, or the net reimbursement paid to the pharmacy for the drug by the health administrator. Patient must be informed by terminal distributor if and when the cost-sharing amount exceeds the amount that may be otherwise charged for the same drug, and the patient shall not be charged a higher amount.
