To require each insurer, health care center, fraternal benefit society, hospital service corporation, medical service corporation or other entity that delivers, issues for delivery, renews, amends or continues a health insurance policy in this state to apply each cost-sharing assistance payment for a covered prescription drug to any cost-sharing obligation for such drug.
