An Act prohibiting health insurance companies from requiring prior authorization and step therapy. To prohibit health insurance companies from (1) requiring prior authorization, and (2) requiring a prescription drug to be prescribed more than once for an insured before such insured’s health care provider may prescribe a different prescription drug for such insured.
