An Act To Amend Section 41-7-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Department Of Health Shall Issue A Certificate Of Need To A County-owned Hospital In Tippah County With A Skilled Nursing Facility At The Hospital For The Addition Of Nursing Facility Beds, Not To Exceed Ten Beds; And For Related Purposes.
