Provides for the regulation of pharmacy services administrative organizations: To enact Part X of Chapter 5 of Title 22 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to be
comprised of R.S. 22:1806.1 through 1806.6, relative to pharmacy services administrative organizations; to define key terms; to require registration and licensing; to provide for notice and disclosure requirements; to provide for accounting procedures and requirements; to provide for contract agreements; to provide for penalties; and to provide for related matters.
