Revise the itemized deduction for medical expenses: An act revising the itemized deduction for medical expenses for income tax purposes; decreasing the amount by which medical expenses must exceed Montana adjusted gross income in order to be deductible; amending section 15-30-2131, mca; and providing an immediate effective date and a retroactive applicability date.
