Emergency Medical Services Amendments. This bill amends provisions relating to emergency medical services. Establishes the Emergency Medical Services System Account to be administered by the Department of Health (department) for certain purposes related to emergency medical services; requires the department to submit a report to the Health and Human Services Interim Committee.
