Insurance; administration of claims by pharmacy benefit managers; revise provisions: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 64 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to regulation and licensure of pharmacy benefits managers, so as to add a definition; to revise provisions relating to administration of claims by pharmacy benefit managers; to revise provisions relating to prohibited activities of pharmacy benefits managers; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
