SHORT-TERM & LIMITED-BENEFIT PLAN ACT: The
superintendent shall adopt and promulgate rules to establish standards for rates, including medical loss ratios, of short-term plans and excepted benefits plans. Rules relating to rates shall be based on generally recognized and current actuarial standards.
