To allow for coverage of addiction telehealth services to out-of-state providers. A BILL to amend and reenact §30-3-13a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to allowing for the coverage of addiction treatment services to out-of-state providers only for emergency purposes and only for telehealth purposes.
