Relating to pharmacy benefit managers: A BILL to amend and reenact §33-51-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-51-10, all relating to pharmacy benefit managers; mandating the disclosure of cost alternatives to covered individuals; requiring quarterly reports on cost and claim data; and requiring the Public Employees Insurance Agency to prepare a public report of impact on costs.
