Adds provisions relating to requiring health care providers who contract to practice at health care facilities to contract with all health benefit plans accepted by such facilities. The health care provider shall accept the health carrier’s network allowable and shall not bill the patient for any difference between the network allowable and the health care provider’s billed charge.
