Establishing a $100 maximum out-of-pocket cost-share per month per covered person for prescription insulin drugs. Would require all large group and individual health insurance policies, along with other types of medical plans and contracts defined in the bill, issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2021, that covered prescription insulin to cap total cost-sharing for a 30-day supply of insulin to no
more than $100.
