Enacting the governmental response to the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic in Kansas and providing certain relief related to health, welfare, property and economic security during this public health emergency. Temporarily authorizing the expanded use of telemedicine and allowing certain types of
healthcare providers to provide care without some existing professional licensing and practice requirements. Extended the telemedicine changes enacted in EO 20-08 through January 26, 2021.
