requires that any health benefit plan that is offered, issued, or renewed by an insurer will provide coverage of health care services provided through telemedicine from an out of state specialty hospital, as long as the patient is referred by an Oklahoma licensed physician. The measure also allows for out-of-state physicians, that have been recommended by Oklahoma licensed physicians, to be authorized to practice medicine whether or not the recommended physician is licensed by the Oklahoma State Medical Board.
