This bill modifies provisions of the Pharmacy Benefits Act. This bill precludes a pharmacy benefit manager from denying or preventing access to pharmacy benefit management services on the basis that two or more employers jointly request or plan to purchase the pharmacy benefit management service to create efficiencies or to achieve cost savings.
