An Act amending Title 40 (Insurance) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for on-exchange insurers. This legislation requires minimum coverages on any plans that are sold on Pennsylvania’s state-based exchange. These requirements are consistent with federal requirements.
