An Act To Direct The Governor And The Division Of Medicaid To Enter Into Negotiations With The Federal Government To Obtain A Waiver Of Applicable Provisions Of The Medicaid Laws And Regulations To Create A Plan To Allow The Expansion Of Medicaid Coverage In Mississippi With Health Care Delivery System And Payment Model Reform; To Provide That The Plan And The Resulting Medicaid Program Shall Be Known As “one Mississippi”
