An Act To Amend Section 41-7-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Provisions Of The Health Care Certificate Of Need Laws Shall Not Apply To Any Activity That Would Otherwise Require A Certificate Of Need In A County That Has Received A Certificate Of Public Convenience And Necessity From The Mississippi Development Authority As A Growth And Prosperity County Under Section 57-80-9; To Amend Sections 25-41-7, 41-4-18, 41-9-11, 41-9-23, 41-9-68, 41-9-209, 41-9-210, 41-9-311, 41-71-7, 41-71-19, 41-73-5, 41-75-1, 41-75-9, 41-75-25, 41-77-1, 41-77-21, 41-77-23, 41-77-25, 43-11-9, 43-11-19 And 57-117-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provisions; To Bring Forward Sections 57-80-5, 57-80-7 And 57-80-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Relate To Eligibility Of Counties For Certificates Of Convenience And Necessity Under The Growth And Prosperity Act, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
