RELATING TO REIMBURSEMENT FOR AND PROVISION OF PHARMACY SERVICES: Would prohibit a pharmacy benefit manager pharmacy benefit manager from reimbursing a pharmacy or pharmacist for a product or service that is less than the amount the pharmacy benefit manager reimburses itself or an affiliate for the same product or pharmacy service. Would allow a pharmacist or pharmacy to decline to dispense a prescription drug or provide pharmacy service to an insured person if the amount reimbursed by the insurer or its pharmacy benefit manager is less than the pharmacy acquisition cost for the same prescription drug or service.
