Investments In Primary Care To Reduce Health Costs: Concerning payment system reforms to reduce health care costs by increasing utilization of primary care, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation. Establishes a “primary care payment reform collaborative” in the state’s Department of Regulatory Agencies. The collaborative is directed to help develop affordability standards and targets for health insurer investments in primary care.
