Hospital, Hospital System, or Provider Organization Transactions. Requires certain entities to submit written notice of specified filing to AG Office relating to hospital, hospital system, or provider organization transactions within specified timeframe; provides requirements for such notice; authorizes AG Office to request additional information or issue civil investigative demand; requires AG Office to submit biennial report to Legislature; provides civil penalty; provides that such penalty be deposited into specified trust fund.

Parties with combined revenues over $50 million must give 90 days notice to AG
