Policyholders shall have the right to competitive pricing practices and marketing methods that enable them to determine the best value among comparable policies. Defines unfair unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive acts. Defines boycott, coercion, and intimidation to mean entering into any agreement to commit, or by any concerted action committing, any act of boycott, coercion, or intimidation that results in unreasonable restraint of business or monopoly.
