Provides definitions and eligibility requirements under the Commercial Self-Insurance Fund Act; requires annual report of financial statement of the fund, including its balance sheet and a statement of operations for the preceding year; provides the rates must not be excessive, inadequate, or unfairly discriminatory, and provides exmination of self-insurance funds.
