States that the departmentof health shall establish the criteria to designate health care providers to participate in the Children’s Medical Services network. The program shall apply managed care methods to ensure the efficient operation of the Children’s Medical Services network. Such methods include, but are not limited to, capitation payments, utilization management and review, prior authorization, and case management.
