Counties receiving state funding through the Primary Care for Children and Families Challenge Grant Act will have their applications reviewed on several factors including the proposed service network. Establishes that participants receiving care under the primar care for children and families challenge grant shall pay no monthly premium, but must pay a copay. Provider copayments may not be considered and may not be used as compensation for services to heath care providers.
