States that any insurance company, fraternal benefit society, hospital service corporation, medical service corporation, health care center or other entity that delivers, issues for delivery, renews, amends or continues in this state any Medicare supplement policy or certificate seeking to change its rates shall file a request for such change with the Insurance Department at least sixty days prior to the proposed effective date of such change. See definition section 38a-469.
