Establishes a Council on Medical Assistance Program Oversight, which is tasked with monitoring and making recommendations about available services comparable to those already in the Medicaid state plan, sufficiency of accessible primary care providers, specialty providers, hospitals in the Medicaid provider networks, program quality and coordination of care management programs, among other things.
