Outlines certain deceptive trade practies pertaining to discount health plans. The statute lists certain conduct that would be considered a deceptive practice when marketing a discount health plan including failure to allow a purchaser to cancel purchase within 30 days and failure to disclose that a discount health plan is not a traditional health plan.
