Physicians and others appointed to hospital utilization review committees for the purpose of determining questions relating to the hospitalization of Medicare patients under the Health Insurance for the Aged and Disabled Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1395 et seq., shall be immune from liability with respect to decisions made as to such questions as long as the physicians or others act in good faith and without malice.
